Melanie has the privilege of working with a number of big, medium and small companies, all with their own challenges and objectives. She is lucky enough to be on the Training Faculty for Heathrow Airport and provide coaching for a number of business owners, execs and graduates.

Based on fact finding and coaching style conversations, one 2 ones with staff and a good look at what your company does and how you might like to do it even better/differently. Melanie designs programs that tick all the boxes for you and your staff, because everyone is different.

Talent Profiling

As part of the recruitment process Melanie provides an in depth Behaviour, Motivation and Communication Profile for your candidates. This is as much value to them as it is to the employer.

The profile tells us their style of communication, their areas of expertise, what motivates them, what kind of manager they are, their strengths and their weaknesses. This information can then be used to ensure they are the right person for the role, the right fit for the team and the right person for the business. Plus it will give you the information you need to allow you to manage them in a way that will work for them, that will motivate them and allow them to work at their full potential.

As an experienced NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, Melanie will give you a full breakdown on each individual, answer any questions that you have and give her expert feedback on the best way to effectively use the information moving forward for everyone's benefit. 

Either as part of the recruitment process, or separately, we are also able to provide the same Behaviour, Motivation & Communication profile for your existing staff. This gives your employees the power to understand how their colleagues work, as well as how they themselves work best, it minimises communication breakdown, avoids work place conflict and increases productivity and work satisfaction.

This process can tell us where people are best suited in the business, highlight un-utilised existing talent as well as let us know how well individuals are likely to deal with sudden change and how best to implement it. Business Coaching

Business Coaching is a powerful tool for anyone in business. It provides the opportunity to talk through challenges and see situations from a different perspective allowing new solutions and options to appear where they otherwise might not have. The coaching environment provides time to reflect and strategise to move towards goals with clarity and intention, becoming unstuck, overcoming stress, obstacles and our own glass ceilings.

Staff One 2 Ones

Often managers and Business owners with even the best intentions, are too busy to carry out effective One 2 Ones with their team members. This can leave employees feeling unappreciated, not listened to and demotivated. Plus employers miss out on invaluable feedback and ideas from their staff as well as not being aware or able to address conflict/demotivation before staff hand in their resignation.
